Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LoadQ mobile application (the "App"), operated by Concord Express Inc. ("we", "us", "LoadQ"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
LoadQ is a platform that helps drivers and passengers coordinate inter-city travel in Canada through a loading-zone queue. We provide the coordination tools; we are not a party to any ride and do not provide transportation ourselves.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your province) to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not harass, threaten, defraud, or endanger other users.
- Do not misuse the queue (e.g., false positions, manipulating loading turns).
- Do not use the App for anything unlawful, or violate any applicable transport, insurance, or licensing requirements that apply to you.
- Drivers are responsible for holding valid licences, insurance, and any permits required to carry passengers.
4. Payments
Where the App facilitates fares or fees, the applicable amounts are shown before you confirm. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
5. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that a ride, driver, or passenger will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Interactions with other users are at your own risk; please use good judgment and follow local laws.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concord Express Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or your interactions with other users.
7. Termination
You may delete your account anytime from the Profile screen or at loadq.ca/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
