Common questions

I'm not getting my login code

Login codes are sent by email. Check your spam/junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, request a new one, and make sure your email address is typed correctly. Still stuck? Email us.

How does the queue work?

Join the queue for a loading zone, and you'll be assigned a position. When it's your turn, you'll be notified to load. Loading windows are time-limited, and you'll get reminders as your time runs down.

Reporting or blocking a user

Tap the ⋯ menu next to any user in the app to report or block them. We review every report.

Delete my account

You can delete your account anytime from the app's Profile screen, or via loadq.ca/delete-account. We remove or anonymize your personal information within 30 days.
