Delete Your Account

You can delete your LoadQ account and its associated data at any time, using either method below.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the LoadQ app.
2. Go to Profile (the person icon).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are removed right away.

Or request by email

If you can't access the app, email support@loadq.ca from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my LoadQ account.” We process these requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, email, phone number, and photo
• Your vehicles
• Your queue history and loading sessions
• Your trips and seat reservations
• Your in‑app messages

What we keep

We delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days. A minimal sign‑in record (your authentication entry) may be retained only where required for legal, tax, or fraud‑prevention purposes; it contains no profile data and is removed once any such obligation lapses.
